The First Alphabet
The First Alphabet is located immediately east of Minneapolis. It gets it's name from the street names that, logically begin with Abbott Avenue in Minneapolis and ends on Zarthan in St. Louis Park. Between A and Z are a number of established neighborhoods, lakes, lovely homes, businesses and walking and biking trails. These are just a few of the factors that have kept the First Alphabet the high demand low turnover community that buyers are looking for.

Most of the homes within the First Alphabet are located within St.Louis Park, a first ring suburb with excellent top rated school district, a forward thinking city government and welcoming community. With home values ranging from the low $100,000's to over a million, the community members are as diverse as the housing. Currently the ratio of single family homes to multifamily homes is approximately 65 to 35 percent.
